Shipping: All domestic shipping is done from nearest country warehouses. Registered Shipping partners can pick up package once they are confrmed of order by email or by Telephone by seller or CloudRetails' automaed system. All order shipped will be assigned tracking numbers and are tracked via Cloud Retails Tracking Section or Via Courier Partner. The Name and Tracking number of Shipping partner are specified on Order Receipts and Sent to customers on order shipped event. All Order which have not been paid would be cancelled , therefore will not be shipped.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Cloud Retails . offers a "TOTAL satisfaction" return policy for most products that you purchase from us. Under this policy, you may return products that you purchased from CloudRetails for credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable return fees. Please inspect your product for damage or defects upon delivery. List on the bill of lading any damage to the merchandise and/or the quantities missing before signing the bill of lading and report to us within 3 days. If the correct product is delivered in acceptable condition, but you would like to return it for any reason, you have 10 days following delivery to request RMA. To return products, contact the RMA Department at e-mail to service{AT}cloudretails.com. All RMA items must be well-packaged in the original packing. Products damaged due to inappropriate packing is subject to additional charge for handling and recovery. Cloud Retails Reserves the right to reject any returned product for health safety reasons or if we find the product in anything other than new condition.
Should the product defect occur during the warranty period, CloudRetails' sellers/OEMs, will, at its options, repair or replace the product at no additional charge. All shippings are covered under warranty. If a product damage occurs during shipping, we will replace the product after damaged product has been returned back in not used state.
