1. Payment Methods Accepted

2. Returned Merchandise Policy (RMA)

2.1 Shipping Costs: All shipping and handling costs are borne by CLOUDRETAILS.

2.2 Satisfaction Guarantee: CloudRetails.com offers a "TOTAL satisfaction" return policy for most products you purchase from us. Under this policy:

  • You may return products for a full refund with no fees applied for returns.
  • Please inspect your product for damage or defects upon delivery.
  • If the correct product is delivered in acceptable condition but you wish to return it, you have 7 days following delivery to request cancellation from your account.
  • A return pickup agent will collect the package along with the return slip supplied/printed at the bottom of the shipping label.
  • All returning items must be well-packaged in the original packing, and the pickup agent may inspect the package if it was opened before returning.

2.3 Digital Goods or Licenses: Digital Products, Microsoft Volume Licenses, Cloud Services Licenses, Specialized Software Products, and other software products once used can only be returned under their terms of use.

2.4 Discounted Software Licenses: Discounted Software Licenses for Non-profits and Educational Institutes require pre-qualification. If you are not an existing Non-profit or Educational institute, you must get such registration/qualification before purchasing these licenses.


3. Refund Policy

3.1 Order Cancellation Refund: If your order is canceled, a full refund will be credited to your account within 7-15 days.

3.2 Refund to Source: Refunds can only be credited back to the original payment method, whether it is a card, net banking, or COD.

3.3 Marketplace Credit Option: Customers may choose to receive store credit for the canceled order amount for use within the marketplace.

3.4 No Deviation Policy: No deviations, modifications, or exceptions will be made to refund amounts or modes under any circumstances.
