Cloud Retails accepts PayPal, NetBanking, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX,DISCOVER, checks, Cash, UPI, BHIM. Please allow us 14 days for funds to clear in our bank if you pay with a personal check.

Returned Merchandise Policy (RMA):

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Cloud Retails . offers a "TOTAL satisfaction" return policy for most products that you purchase from us. Under this policy, you may return products that you purchased from Cloud Retails For credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable return fees. Please inspect your product for damage or defects upon delivery. List on the bill of lading any damage to the merchandise and/or the quantities missing before signing the bill of lading and report to us within 3 days. If the correct product is delivered in acceptable condition, but you would like to return it for any reason, you have 10 days following delivery to request RMA. To return products, contact the RMA Department at e-mail rma[AT]cloudretails.com. All RMA items must be well-packaged in the original packing. Products damaged due to inappropriate packing is subject to additional charge for handling and recovery. Cloud Retails Reserves the right to reject any returned product for health safety reasons or if we find the product in anything other than new condition. Due to the health guidelines, the following items are not returnable: Heavy Machinery ( Above 100kg ), Commodes, shower chairs, raised toilet seats, transfer bench, mattresses, overlay mattresses, and air mattresses can not be returned under any circumstances. Digital Goods or Licesnes like Microsoft Volume Licenses, Cloud Services Licenses,Specialized Software Products and other Software Products can not be returned under any circumstances. If you are not sure of a digital product of service, kindly confirm before placing orders. Anonymous orders may be rejected or cancelled any time, if it creates conflict of interest with CLOUDRETAILS or OEMs. We will provide details why order is cancelled.

Refund Policy:

Incase you order is cancelled . Refund should automatically be credited to your account from which it ways paid within 15 days. There is no deviation on this on any request or circumstances.

Warranty Policy:

The limited warranty period is one year from the date of purchase except the following items: (a) All the components of wheelchairs/scooters except the main frames of the wheelchairs/scooters -- six months only. (b) Mattress and seat cushions have six months warranty only The warranty provided by Cloud Retails does not cover: (a) Exterior cosmetic damage (b) Damage, defect, or failure caused by operation of unit incorrect voltages (c) Misuse or improper operation Should the product defect occur during the warranty period, Cloud Retails, will, at its options, repair or replace the product at no additional charge.
